F&B Host - Waiter

Job Description

The Student Hotel in Bologna is seeking a Community F&B Host to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role involves operating in front-of-house areas, providing excellent service in the restaurant and bars, and engaging with guests to create memorable stays. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and adept at cross-selling to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Preparing and serving local dishes.
• Brewing coffee and mixing cocktails.
• Providing local recommendations and concierge services.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in all areas.
• Assisting guests with requests and inquiries.
• Ensuring events and meeting rooms are well-stocked.

• Flexible, hands-on, and motivated with a positive attitude.
• Experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel F&B department.
• Ability to handle stressful peak periods.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Hardworking, responsible, and proactive.
• European citizen or legally allowed to work in Italy.
• Team player.
