The Membership Operations Manager role at TSH (The Student Hotel) is based in Amsterdam and focuses on enhancing member experiences across coworking spaces, gyms, lounges, and event areas. This role involves collaborating with Operations, L&D, and Technology teams to improve processes and drive performance across European hubs.TSH is known for its innovative approach to hospitality, offering a fun and creative environment where individuals can work, stay, learn, and play. The company operates in multiple countries, including The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with plans for global expansion.
What this role involves: - Leading the design and execution of global operations strategy.
- Monitoring performance across locations and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Acting as the go-to operations expert for Hubs and senior leadership.
- Collaborating with local teams and HQ to solve problems and implement solutions.
- Elevating service quality through audits, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Partnering with L&D to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Streamlining and automating processes to enhance efficiency and the member journey.
- Overseeing budgeting and cost management.
Requirements: - 10+ years of operations experience in coworking, hospitality, or events.
- Proven success in global and multicultural environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first leadership approach.
