Anaplan Engagement Lead, Retail and CPG

Job Description

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an Anaplan Engagement Lead with Retail and CPG expertise to join their Finance and Operations Delivery Team. This role involves driving sales, delivery, and support of technology and business transformations for consumer clients through Anaplan.

• Act as a Consumer industry subject-matter expert.
• Originate, facilitate, and deliver sales proposals.
• Develop, initiate, control, and close Anaplan software implementation projects.
• Manage project progress and communicate status.
• Ensure project quality and success.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage client and project dependencies.
• Act as a source of direction for less experienced resources.
• Responsible for internal sales cycle reporting.

• 5+ years of experience managing medium-to-large projects in the retail industry.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading software development teams.
• 1-2+ years of experience with Anaplan software implementations.
• 5+ years of experience in technology or management consulting.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies.
• Builds effective partnerships with stakeholders.
• Uses industry expertise and innovative thinking.
• Actively participates and collaborates within Spaulding Ridge and with clients.
• Consolidates information for informed decisions.
• Considers the impact of decisions on customers.
• Executes effectively and meets deadlines.
• Demonstrates emotional maturity and assists in career advancement.
• Manages conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to learn cloud-based technology platforms.
• Experience creating go-to-market collateral.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP, agile Scrum Master, or agile Product Management certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration or related field, or equivalent training and experience
