Job Description
Dermalogica, the number one professional skincare brand globally, is seeking a passionate and inspirational Retail Skin Therapist to join their team in Arnotts, Dublin. This role is at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service and personalized skincare experiences. The Retail Skin Therapist will empower and educate customers to achieve their best skin possible.
Responsibilities:
- Advise, listen, and connect with customers to create a personalized journey.
- Perform treatments and set up skincare programs comprising treatment and homecare.
- Share treatment plans, educate on homecare, and form partnerships with customers.
- Take ownership of monthly targets and keep abreast of daily goals.
- Cover counter duties, including Face Mapping, to understand client needs and offer education.
- Maintain the treatment area in a professional manner, including stocking shelves and cleaning.
Requirements:
- Equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electrical (essential).
- Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels (Dermalogica will fund this if not held).
- Experience as a Sales Advisor, ideally in Retail, Beauty, or FMCG.
- Outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter.
- Passion for skin health.
