Allied Global Marketing, a leading entertainment, culture, and lifestyle-marketing agency, is seeking a Director, Media to lead digital media strategy and execution for key clients. This role requires a strategic and tactical professional who excels at balancing client relationships, team leadership, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies
- Lead and mentor a team of media professionals
- Present strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
- Analyze campaign performance data
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay current on emerging media platforms and technologies
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Contribute to new business efforts
Requirements: - 6+ years of digital media strategy, planning, and buying experience
- 1+ years in a leadership role
- Proven success developing and executing multi-channel media campaigns
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad platforms
- Strong understanding of media planning principles and audience targeting
- Experience managing teams and guiding junior staff members
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, Programmatic, CTV advertising
- Experience with data integration, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with entertainment brands is a plus
