Job Description
Allied Global Marketing, a leading entertainment, culture, and lifestyle-marketing agency, is seeking a Director, Media to lead digital media strategy and execution for key clients. This role requires a strategic and tactical professional who excels at balancing client relationships, team leadership, and campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of media professionals
  • Present strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign performance data
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Stay current on emerging media platforms and technologies
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Contribute to new business efforts
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of digital media strategy, planning, and buying experience
  • 1+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success developing and executing multi-channel media campaigns
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of media planning principles and audience targeting
  • Experience managing teams and guiding junior staff members
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency with Paid Search, Paid Social, YouTube, Programmatic, CTV advertising
  • Experience with data integration, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience working with entertainment brands is a plus
