Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to deliver health IT solutions. The Associate Systems Engineer will be responsible for deploying and supporting client-facing applications across various environments. They will ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment, provide technical support, and monitor application performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy client-facing applications across various environments.
• Provide technical support for client-facing applications.
• Monitor application performance and implement updates.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for application deployment and support processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications.
• Familiarity with Azur Platform
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing to work from Office
• Must be willing to work in shifts
