Systems Engineer(C#.net, Java)

Job Description

Altera, a member of the N. Harris Computer Corporation family, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for deploying and supporting client-facing applications across various environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy client-facing applications across various environments (development, staging, production).
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications post-deployment.
• Provide technical support for client-facing applications, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary updates and patches.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Work with Client to get the UAT done.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for application deployment and support processes.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for common issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in deploying and supporting client-facing applications.
• 3-4 years for systems Engineer
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript
• Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
• Must be willing to work from Office
• Must be willing to work in shifts
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
