Centria is seeking a Supervising Clinician (BCBA) to relocate to Portland, Oregon. The role involves overseeing ABA therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria emphasizes clinical quality and individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. Responsibilities include: - Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
- Training and managing Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Maintaining staff by orienting and training team members.
- Coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements: - Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within first 30 days).
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
