Job Description
Armis is seeking a Customer Engineer to join their ACE team. This role is crucial for driving the deployment value of Armis by collaborating, reinforcing, and improving deployment efforts. The Customer Engineer will work with Technical Account Managers to deploy the Armis platform, handle technical network and security-related activities, and ensure seamless operation of the platform.
The Customer Engineer will be responsible for:
- Extensive travel to customer sites for the first 6-8 months (40-80% travel commitment)
- Coordinating travel logistics
- Completing 100+ Armis installations within the first 6-8 months
- Communicating project progress
- Performing technical activities alongside T.CSMs
- Providing supplemental coverage to T.CSM processes
- Collaborating with different teams
- Assisting in troubleshooting Armis Integrations and Network Connectivity
- Utilizing ticketing system to manage support requests
The ideal candidate will have:
- B.S. in IT, IS CS, MIS, or Associates equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in a solutions service delivery capacity
- 40-80% travel for the first 6 - 8 months
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
