Pushpay is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to cultivate relationships with key enterprise clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer retention, driving renewals, and expanding business opportunities within a designated portfolio. The ideal candidate will structure contract terms and pricing to align with business objectives, fostering customer satisfaction and value realization from the Pushpay platform.
Responsibilities:
Managing revenue retention and achieving targets to ensure customer loyalty.
Driving adoption of Pushpay solutions and engaging givers to maximize platform usage.
Upselling additional products and features to enhance the customer experience.
Conducting high-volume sales activities, including calls and emails, to address complex customer needs.
Providing Pushpay product training and assistance to facilitate successful deployment and adoption.
Leading on-site business review presentations to strengthen relationships and achieve predetermined success outcomes.
Cultivating relationships with senior and C-level executives to enhance engagement with strategic customers.
Managing the full-cycle renewal process, from initial prospect engagement to deal closure.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or renewal team management.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
Strong understanding of the Not-for-Profit, Education, or Faith verticals.
Proven track record of quota attainment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
