Job Description
Corelight is seeking a talented and collaborative Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to enhance their team. This role involves guiding users to understand Corelight's cybersecurity offerings through various mediums such as recordings, public speaking, technical papers, blogging, and webinars. The TME will play a crucial role in showcasing the value of Corelight's products and solutions to a global audience.
Role Involves:
- Designing and delivering technical solutions, demos, and integrations.
- Creating and maintaining technical marketing collateral.
- Leading product demonstrations and contributing to recorded demos and product explainer videos.
- Mentoring internal teams on technical product capabilities and use cases.
- Contributing to competitive intelligence and positioning in the market.
- Authoring and publishing technical content.
- Traveling for customer engagements and industry events.
Requirements:
- 5+ years advanced network security experience.
- Expertise with Zeek or Bro and deep TCP/IP knowledge.
- Strong packet analysis skills.
- Proficiency with log analysis in major SIEM platforms.
- Proven scripting ability in Python and Bash.
- Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Experience building DevOps environments and infrastructure as code.
- Public-facing blog writing experience.
- Proven ability to design and deliver product demos to technical and executive audiences.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
