Senior Product Manager, Partner Experience

Job Description

Xometry is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Partner Experience to enhance the experience for manufacturers in their network. This role involves building products that streamline onboarding, quoting, fulfillment, and overall partner engagement. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, and partner operations teams to deliver impactful improvements. They will analyze performance metrics and gather partner feedback to inform product decisions. This role is hybrid and based in North Bethesda, MD, or Boston, MA.Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the roadmap for specific areas of the partner journey.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and the partner operations team.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Gather feedback directly from partners.
• Ensure feature adoption through thoughtful rollout strategies.
• Partner with other PMs and business units to align roadmap and dependencies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated success shipping features in complex operational or B2B environments.
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder alignment abilities.
