Xometry, a company connecting people with manufacturers, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the post-order customer experience. This role focuses on optimizing the journey from order placement to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve transparency.
Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for all post-order touchpoints.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer service.
- Work cross-functionally with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Build and iterate on features that proactively address customer pain points.
- Drive a data-informed approach using experimentation and user research.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with B2B or transactional platforms.
- Experience with order management, fulfillment tracking, or support tooling preferred.
- Strong customer empathy and experience with user-centered product development.
- Familiarity with agile product development, data tools, and experimentation frameworks.
