Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Staff Product Manager to join their Product Organisation. This role is pivotal in enhancing the product and discovering innovative ways to create user value. The company is dedicated to fighting food waste and is looking for someone to drive product development and optimization of their product portfolio. This role reports to the VP of Product.

Responsibilities:
  • Defining product strategy and developing OKRs and product roadmaps.
  • Leveraging data to make product recommendations and identify new opportunities.
  • Communicating progress and performance using business and consumer insights and KPIs.
  • Orchestrating and project managing cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborating with the wider business to understand consumer and partner pain points.
  • Analysing workflows and processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Developing recommendations and strategies for product domain development.
  • Making recommendations to senior leadership and managing feedback.


Requirements:
  • Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role.
  • Management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proven background in product strategy plans.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technology and consumer/partner needs.
  • Customer-focused with experience in user research and testing.
  • Talent for analysing market data.
  • Awareness of the importance of product analytics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-pace changing environment.
  • Energy, passion, ownership, and a drive to make an impact.
  • Growth mindset and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to motivate teams and stakeholders.
