Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Copenhagen. Too Good To Go's mission is to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. The company connects businesses with surplus food to consumers through a marketplace app. They are looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to their rapidly growing team.
About the role:
Build connections and grow the community by signing up restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, bakeries, takeaways, and other independent food retailers.
Act as the first point of contact for stores, conducting cold acquisition primarily via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Introduce potential partners to Too Good To Go, train them on app usage, and advise them on food waste solutions.
Research the market to find prospects, identify decision-makers, and generate interest in Too Good To Go.
Work within the Outbound Mix Team, focusing on outbound sales while handling inbound leads and converting incoming partners.
Requirements:
Expert relationship-building skills to connect with potential partners.
Confidence in cold-calling.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Proactive in business development, calling, and visiting new prospects.
Team player who embraces the purpose of Too Good To Go.
Independent executor who can prioritize workload.
Consistent and impact-focused performance.
Willingness to travel to build Too Good To Go’s presence across the region.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Experience pitching and closing opportunities over the phone and/or in person is beneficial, especially if you have done cold-calling
First class communication skills - from listening to presenting ideas and persuading
