Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Description

Webflow is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to strengthen team connection and alignment. This role involves shaping internal communications to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and aligned with Webflow's mission as it scales. The Senior Internal Communications Manager will report to the Communications Lead.Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve internal communications strategy.
• Lead planning and facilitation for company-wide meetings.
• Manage and improve weekly internal communications channels.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders on messaging.
• Collaborate with the People team on DEI communications.
• Build scalable playbooks and content calendars.
• Define the tone and rhythm of communications for a remote company.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in internal communications.
• Proven ability to manage internal comms programs.
• Comfortable advising executives.
• Familiarity with Slack, GSuite, and communications tooling.
• Strong writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Marketing, Operations, or People teams.
