Webflow is seeking an Account Executive, EMEA to drive the full sales cycle and scale its presence in the UK and Ireland. This role involves shaping the go-to-market strategy and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Role Involves:
- Engaging with potential customers to uncover pain points and assess needs.
- Creating and driving outbound opportunities through strategic account planning.
- Articulating Webflow’s vision and value proposition to EMEA audiences.
- Working with internal teams to drive a value-driven sales process.
- Generating momentum in the partner ecosystem in EMEA.
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders during the sales cycle.
- Sharing feedback from the field and contributing to the EMEA team's culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth setting.
- Skilled in lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation.
- Strong ability to lead complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with a partner ecosystem.
- Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
