The Sales Consultant role involves understanding customer needs and connecting them to Stone's financial solutions. The consultant will work closely with business owners, supporting them in their entrepreneurial journey and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new clients.
- Manage client portfolio, maintaining continuous relationship and after-sales support.
- Participate in daily meetings to plan, set goals, and exchange learning experiences.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
