Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform Services & Infrastructure. This role is crucial for defining the roadmap for scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and critical platform services. The Senior Product Manager will also lead the product roadmap for regulatory compliance, partnering with legal and compliance teams to translate data protection requirements into scalable capabilities.
Role involves:
- Forecasting traffic growth and defining scale targets.
- Ensuring secure, low-latency, high-throughput performance for core shared services.
- Defining and driving the achievement of recovery time targets.
- Owning public SLAs and internal SLOs.
- Partnering with legal teams to translate regulatory gaps into technical requirements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Background in software engineering or SRE (Java, Go, Node, or equivalent).
- 2+ years of product leadership experience.
- Proven success scaling multi-tenant SaaS or communications platforms.
- Strong grasp of observability and incident management (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
- Experience deploying highly available services across multiple regions.
