Job Description

Glance is seeking a highly creative and innovative Creative Designer to join their team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for trends in fashion and entertainment and will be responsible for crafting unique, compelling design solutions on the go. They will create templates that complement AI-generated fashion looks, and ensure a seamless visual experience.

The role involves:

• Designing creative and engaging templates that complement AI-generated fashion looks.
• Staying updated with Global and Japanese fashion and entertainment trends.
• Utilizing design tools such as Canva, Figma, Midjourney, Gemini, and others.
• Developing visually stunning, aesthetically cohesive designs.
• Creating unique layouts for templates, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborating with the AI team.
• Working with typography to design text elements.
• Continuously iterating on design solutions.
• Delivering designs within set timelines.
• Analyzing content performance using analytics dashboards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in creative design with a portfolio.
• Excellent knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma Canva, Midjourney and similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and aesthetics.
• A deep understanding of current trends in fashion and entertainment.
• Ability to conceptualize, design, and execute templates quickly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
