Glance is seeking a Fashion Curator & AI Stylist to join their team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both global and Japanese fashion trends, with the ability to translate these trends into visually compelling AI-generated styling references. This role requires a keen eye for fashion styling, the ability to analyze and deconstruct trends, and expertise in AI prompt engineering to create dynamic and trend-driven fashion visuals. The candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and be proactive and innovative.Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and analyzing Japanese and global fashion trends.
• Tracking evolving fashion cycles, including seasonal trends and color palettes.
• Developing AI-generated fashion prompts that align with identified trends.
• Refining AI-generated outputs to improve accuracy and creativity.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of global and Japanese fashion movements.
• Ability to break down fashion trends into key styling components.
• Experience or willingness to learn AI prompt generation.
• Skilled at sourcing and compiling fashion references.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
