Job Description

Neoris, a Digital Accelerator, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. With over 20 years of experience, Neoris partners with major global companies, fostering a multicultural startup environment that values innovation and continuous learning.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and controlling strategic and operational KPIs, ensuring data reliability and standardization. He will systematize and automate data consolidation for reports and dashboards, reducing manual processes. He will create advanced analytical models using Python, VBA macros, and other tools to process large data volumes. He will integrate and structure data from SAP, ensuring its organization and accessibility for analysis. He will develop management reports and executive presentations in Excel and PowerPoint, synthesizing information clearly and strategically. He will use artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize analytical processes and identify trends. He will support data-driven decision-making, providing predictive analysis and actionable insights. He will collaborate with business areas and projects, ensuring data meets the needs of different stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and controlling strategic and operational KPIs.
  • Systematizing and automating data consolidation for reports and dashboards.
  • Creating advanced analytical models using Python, VBA macros, and other tools.
  • Integrating and structuring data from SAP.
  • Developing management reports and executive presentations.
  • Utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimize analytical processes.
  • Supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with business areas and projects.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VBA macros, Power Query).
  • Experience structuring databases for Power BI.
  • Python skills for data automation and analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
  • SAP experience (data extraction and manipulation).
  • Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
  • Artificial Intelligence applied to data analysis (desirable).
