Data Analyst - IPC

Job Description

NEORIS, a Digital Accelerator with 20 years of experience, is seeking a Data Analyst IPC for a hybrid role in CDMX. The Data Analyst will design, develop, and maintain data integration flows in Informatica PowerCenter, collaborate on data modeling, perform data analysis, and ensure data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration flows in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Collaborate on data modeling for analytical and business intelligence solutions.
• Perform exploratory analysis, cleaning, and transformation of large data volumes.
• Validate and ensure data quality and integrity.
• Document ETL processes, data models, and business rules.
• Propose improvements to existing ETL processes.
• Work with different data sources (relational databases, flat files, APIs, etc.).
• Support the implementation of reporting or dashboards if necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience using Informatica PowerCenter for ETL processes.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
• Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Desirable experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with data warehouse or cloud environments (Snowflake, Redshift, Azure, GCP).
• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies and ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactivity and attention to detail.
