Job Description
Convera is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager to drive revenue, retention, and growth within their portfolio of customers in Auckland. The role involves achieving revenue targets, executing outbound engagement, onboarding new clients, and promoting a self-service model.
Responsibilities: - Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and increased wallet share.
- Utilizing data analytics to identify cross/upsell opportunities.
- Conducting regular account reviews.
- Developing and launching retention campaigns.
- Implementing regional business plans.
- Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Supporting middle office teams with customer queries.
- Acquiring additional customers through leads.
- Delivering product demonstrations.
- Following up with leads and managing customer inquiries.
Requirements: - 2+ years of B2B sales and account management experience in Financial Services or a relevant sector.
- Good English and native language fluency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Experience in the payments industry or financial services/fintech is beneficial.
