Job Description
Convera is seeking a Portfolio Sales Manager to drive revenue, retention, and growth within their portfolio of customers in Auckland. The role involves achieving revenue targets, executing outbound engagement, onboarding new clients, and promoting a self-service model.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure retention and increased wallet share.
  • Utilizing data analytics to identify cross/upsell opportunities.
  • Conducting regular account reviews.
  • Developing and launching retention campaigns.
  • Implementing regional business plans.
  • Maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Supporting middle office teams with customer queries.
  • Acquiring additional customers through leads.
  • Delivering product demonstrations.
  • Following up with leads and managing customer inquiries.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales and account management experience in Financial Services or a relevant sector.
  • Good English and native language fluency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in the payments industry or financial services/fintech is beneficial.
