Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Brand Designer to join their creative team. The Brand Designer will focus on visually translating Airtable’s value to enterprise customers and driving brand consistency. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives. The Brand Designer will also work alongside multidisciplinary creatives to elevate the quality of deliverables and the Airtable brand.Role involves:
  • Designing communication materials for enterprise customers
  • Creating templated collateral systems for scalability and brand consistency
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams
  • Translating complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Working with multidisciplinary creatives to improve deliverables
  • Elevating the Airtable brand
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment
  • Portfolio with examples of marketing work (web, product launches, campaigns, etc.)
  • Problem-solving skills to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience designing data visualizations
  • Strong communication and critique skills
  • Proactive and thoughtful communication
  • Team player who can manage multiple projects
