Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Clinical System Administrator I to provide administrative guidance and support for clinical systems. This role involves managing user access, data entry, and troubleshooting system issues. The Clinical System Administrator I will be responsible for internal User Access management request to the Clinical Systems and other business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Managing internal User Access requests for Clinical Systems.
- Performing data entry into the Global Directory within Precision's Clinical System.
- Creating Studies, Countries, and Sites within the Clinical System.
- Addressing help desk tickets related to system issues.
- Supporting Clinical System modifications and updates.
- Supporting Clinical teams in reviewing and removing system access.
- Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in information systems or technology.
- Ability to resolve issues independently.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
