Job Description
Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Contracts and Budgets Associate to join their Site Contract Management team. This role is responsible for developing and negotiating study budgets based on study protocol requirements. The Associate will also review, draft, negotiate, and track various legal agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements. The postholder collaborates closely with the Clinical Operations study team, playing a crucial role in aligning deliverables with defined study timelines.
Responsibilities: - Develop and negotiate global study budgets.
- Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements.
- Resolve contractual issues with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.
- Update study team members on contract status.
- Coordinate agreement execution.
- Maintain contract files and databases.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract management.
- 1 year of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating clinical research agreements.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
