Job Description
Airtable is seeking a Product Lead for its product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. This role will be responsible for crafting the vision, strategy, and roadmap to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention, focusing on small to midsize organizations. The Product Lead will work cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering, and data teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimize the self-serve user experience. They will also collaborate with sales to identify high-value accounts for upsell to Enterprise.What this role involves:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
  • Owning the product-led growth (PLG) motion.
  • Investigating and capitalizing on untapped expansion opportunities.
  • Utilizing A/B testing, user research, and data analysis.
  • Conducting market and competitive analysis.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the needs of users within small to medium organizations.
  • Working closely with a product-oriented engineering team and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Making customer-driven decisions, prioritizing effectively, and executing efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as both a product manager and lead.
  • Familiarity with Airtable, low code, productivity tools, or SaaS preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer support.
  • Track record of taking ownership, showing initiative, and delivering results.
