Resource Manager / Senior Resource Manager

Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Resource Manager to manage and optimize the organization’s resources and deliver resource management support to the business. This role contributes to resourcing strategy and assists with budgeting and forecasting activities.

The role involves:

• Overseeing the allocation and assignment of global resources to projects.
• Optimizing utilization across business units.
• Working with senior leadership to understand key resource requirements.
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinating hiring plan execution with Human Resources and Finance.
• Preparing metrics and summary reports on resourcing activities.
• Negotiating and resolving staffing conflicts.

Requirements:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing resources within a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
• Ability to manage workforce allocations for full-time and contractor resources.
• Supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.
• Financial acumen and understanding of budgets and forecasting.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
