RAPP is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to join their Account Leadership team. The Field Operations Specialist manages OEM automotive fixed operations clients within an assigned territory, focusing on client satisfaction, customer retention, increasing marketing performance, and selling new solutions. The FOS represents the brand through in-person aftersales marketing consultations.
Role Involves:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with dealer clients.
- Conducting dealership consultations, providing data analysis and recommendations.
- Partnering with OEM field representatives to coordinate marketing improvements.
- Understanding and driving key performance indicator (KPI) improvement.
- Managing customer issues and conflict resolution.
- Enrolling new orders for retention programs and custom campaigns.
- Achieving assigned sales and retention targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (automotive or marketing preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of automotive/marketing experience.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs like Salesforce.com, Word, Excel, and Email.
