Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join their Client Sales team in Miami. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and eager to grow into an Account Executive position. The Business Development Representative will focus on outbound prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and setting up successful sales conversations.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging high-potential prospects.
  • Partnering with Account Executives to qualify opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with prospects.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communicating Wellhub’s value proposition.
  • Developing industry expertise.

Requirements:

  • 0-3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting.
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Gong, and Sales Navigator.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Tenacity and a goal-driven mindset.
