Job Description
HyperionDev, a leading tech education provider, is seeking a Head of Employer Partnerships & Learnerships to join their senior leadership team. This role involves shaping the company's employer-facing strategy across EMEA, focusing on learnerships, corporate upskilling, and B2B training initiatives. The Head of Employer Partnerships & Learnerships will lead a team of Business Development Managers to achieve revenue targets and drive workforce development.
Role Involves:
- Setting the direction for employer engagement.
- Driving growth of employer-funded revenue.
- Leading a high-performing business development team.
- Acquiring and maintaining learnership partnerships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering or acquiring learnership partnerships in South Africa.
- Minimum 2 years leading a team acquiring and delivering employer partnerships in South Africa.
- At least 4 years of business development experience.
- Deep understanding of the employer training and L&D space in South Africa.
- Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in business, management, law, or a relevant field.
