Job Description
Zafin is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst II to join their team in Toronto, Canada. The Cloud Support Analyst II will report to the Senior Manager, Cloud Support, and will collaborate with end users and business stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system and data issues. The Cloud Support Analyst will also be tasked with identifying and/or implementing improvements to financial systems in order to streamline business processes. They will be responsible for working closely with vendor partners on implementations and enhancements, or when troubleshooting issues.

What are we looking for? - Post-secondary education in information management, computer science, or related field of study.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably cloud based systems in Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
- Experience in databases and able to leverage your strong SQL skills as part of your investigation techniques for issue resolution and fixes.
- Certification(s) in Cloud Technologies
- Knowledge in Java or any other programming languages
- Experience in automation of repeatable processes
