Job Description
Zafin, a leading platform for driving customer value in the banking sector, is seeking a Cloud Support Analyst II. This role involves collaborating with end-users and stakeholders to resolve system and data issues, improve financial systems, and work with vendor partners on implementations and troubleshooting. The position is hybrid, requiring some on-site presence.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial systems.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on implementations and enhancements.
- Work within a team and cross-functional team environment.
- Manage assigned engagements.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in information management, computer science, or related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise systems, preferably cloud-based systems (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong SQL skills for issue resolution.
- Knowledge in Java or any other programming languages
- Experience in automation of repeatable processes
