Resource Manager / Senior Resource Manager

Job Description

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Resource Manager to manage and optimize the organization’s resources and deliver resource management support to the business. This role contributes to resourcing strategy and assists with budgeting and forecasting. The Resource Manager will oversee the allocation of global resources, optimize utilization across business units, and work with senior leadership to understand key resource requirements.

Role involves:
• Overseeing the allocation and assignment of global resources
• Optimizing utilization across the business units
• Contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities
• Coordinating hiring plan execution with Human Resources and Finance
• Preparing metrics and summary reports on resourcing activities

Requirements:
• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• Experience managing resources within a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO)
• Supervisory experience and ability to manage Business Operations Associates
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Financial acumen and understanding of budgets, forecasting, utilization, and realization concepts
