Software Engineer, Partnerships Support, Korea at Aptos

Aptos is seeking a Partnerships Support Engineer in Korea to foster relationships with enterprises and gaming partners. The ideal candidate will guide partners through blockchain development complexities, enabling efficient product launches on the Aptos platform. This role offers the chance to influence blockchain technology, solidifying Aptos as the preferred platform for developers and enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Aptos adoption among potential partners using gaming platform expertise.
• Lead technical collaborations, focusing on developing and deploying new protocols and applications.
• Create developer tools, tutorials, and documentation for the gaming ecosystem.
• Act as a technical liaison, translating business needs into Aptos ecosystem solutions.
• Collaborate with the Aptos Labs engineering team to integrate community feedback into product development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development, with experience in gaming partnerships and support.
• Proven experience in technical decision-making and leading development teams through the entire lifecycle of game development and launch.
• Strong foundation in client-side and server-side development, with openness to Web3 and blockchain technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal, cross-functional colleagues, projects, and partnerships effectively, with a focus on achieving tangible results.
• Fluent in Korean and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive and self-directed, thriving in fast-paced environments.
