Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Description

commercetools is seeking a highly motivated Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their Deal Desk Team. This role involves supporting sales teams with deal negotiation strategy, contracting documents, and pricing framework throughout the sales cycle. The Senior Deal Desk Analyst will also collaborate cross-functionally across the organization.Role involves:

• Partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to manage contract review.
• Developing global deal processes.
• Facilitating all aspects of the role, from pricing strategy to order form creation.
• Overseeing commercial terms and non-standard approvals.
• Providing financial modeling and analysis.
• Providing ongoing enablement to Sales on pricing and contracting.
• Preparing and analyzing KPIs and pricing trends.

Requirements:

• Pricing/Deal Strategy experience in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with reviewing redlines, editing, and negotiating customer contracts.
• Analytical background with strong problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail oriented, structured & pro-active attitude.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM & CPQ and NetSuite.
