KRAFTON, a global publisher known for its creative game studios, is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join their Publishing Platform Division. This role is based in Seoul and requires over 10 years of experience.

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for managing the technology that supports the publishing of various game genres developed by KRAFTON's domestic and international studios on platforms like Steam, PlayStation, and Xbox. The ideal candidate will ensure users have a seamless gaming experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing feature development schedules, team dependencies, and resources.
• Proactively identifying technical and organizational risks and developing effective solutions.
• Documenting and visualizing project status to ensure alignment among stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of development and leadership experience in Unity or Unreal-based projects.
• 5+ years of project or team leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of the overall development process.
• Ability to travel internationally.
