The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency of RD Station's products. This role involves leading the technical evolution of the SRE platform and enabling teams to deliver software securely and efficiently. The manager will have the autonomy to influence strategic and technical decisions, contributing to the advancement of a leading product in Brazil and Latin America.

Role Involves:

• Reducing the number and impact of critical incidents.
• Continuously improving reliability indicators (SLOs, MTTR, MTTA).
• Developing an autonomous, skilled, and aligned technical team with SRE best practices.
• Implementing architectures and tools that support sustainable growth.
• Ensuring consistent adoption of observability and operation automation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading SRE, infrastructure, or reliability initiatives in SaaS companies.
• Knowledge in infrastructure, SRE, scalability, observability (logs, metrics, tracing), distributed architecture, automation, Cloud (GCP/AWS), containers (K8s), CI/CD.
• Technical leadership with active listening and clear communication.
• Continuous improvement and ownership mindset.
• Cross-team collaboration (product, DX, security).
