The Pre-sales team identifies business opportunities from leads generated through marketing efforts. The analyst will be responsible for the initial contact with potential clients, understanding their challenges, and generating value throughout the sales process.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying potential clients through lead qualification and nurturing.
  • Providing feedback to marketing on lead quality and market trends.
  • Using CRM systems (Salesforce) for historical record-keeping.
  • Scheduling diagnostic meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pre-sales or sales in tech/SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Consultative skills based on sales techniques and playbooks.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills.
