RD Station is seeking a Pre-Sales Analyst to join their team in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. The Pre-Sales Analyst will be responsible for identifying business opportunities among the large volume of leads generated each month. They will have the opportunity to learn about businesses in different sectors and understand the main challenges of enterprises across the country. The role involves being the first point of contact between RD Station and potential clients, generating value throughout the sales process.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying potential clients through qualification and nurturing of leads.
  • Providing feedback to marketing on lead quality and market trends.
  • Using CRM systems (Salesforce) for historical record keeping.
  • Scheduling diagnostic meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pre-sales or sales in tech/SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
  • Consultative skills based on sales techniques and playbooks.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Strong communication skills.
