RD Station is seeking a Pre-Sales Analyst to join their team in São Paulo. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence two days a week. The Pre-Sales team is responsible for identifying business opportunities from the leads generated through marketing efforts. The analyst will be the first point of contact for potential clients, educating them about RD Station's offerings and generating value throughout the sales process.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads from marketing campaigns.
- Providing feedback to marketing on lead quality and market trends.
- Using CRM systems (Salesforce) to record history.
- Scheduling diagnostic meetings and presentations.
- Experience in pre-sales or sales in tech/SaaS companies.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Consultative skills based on sales techniques and playbooks.
