RD Station, a leader in technology solutions for marketing and sales in Brazil, is seeking an Executive Retention to join their Savers team. The role is hybrid, based in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil.
The Executive Retention will connect with clients who have requested to cancel their RD Station Marketing and RD Station CRM subscriptions, understand their issues, and retain them by reducing churn and delivering value. They will diagnose client problems, propose solutions, negotiate terms, and manage the entire process.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose client situations and problems via calls or Zoom meetings.
- Propose solutions to align with client needs and demonstrate the value of RD Station's solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and values to retain clients.
- Organize and manage the client process from initial cancellation request to resolution, maintaining records of interactions and information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roles involving direct negotiation with clients (pre-sales, sales, retention, collection, renewal, CS).
- Resilience to handle difficult negotiations and overcome sales objections with persuasion.
- Ability to diagnose business scenarios and propose strategies to improve client results.
- Multi-tasking skills to manage a high volume of demands.
