The Executive Retention will connect with clients who have requested to cancel their accounts, understand their issues, and retain them by reducing churn and delivering value from RD Station's solutions. This role involves a hybrid of customer success and sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose client situations and problems via calls or Zoom meetings.
- Propose solutions to align with client needs and demonstrate how RD Station's solutions can improve their marketing and sales results.
- Negotiate terms, potentially involving new sales or contract renegotiations.
- Manage the entire process from initial cancellation request to resolution, maintaining records of interactions and relevant information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roles involving direct negotiation with clients (pre-sales, sales, retention, collections, renewal, customer success).
- Resilience to handle difficult negotiations and overcome sales objections with persuasion.
- Ability to diagnose business scenarios and propose strategies to improve client results.
- Multi-tasking ability to manage a high volume of demands.
