Job Description

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their PlayStation Network development team in Tokyo. This role involves team management and program advancement within an organization responsible for PSN server development. The ideal candidate is passionate about large-scale agile development, collaborating with international teams, and enjoys problem-solving and project management.

The role involves:

• Supporting PlayStation Network Platform developers in releasing features safely and quickly.
• Serving as a Scrum Master and coordinator between teams.
• Managing team operations and progress.
• Providing technical management for projects and programs spanning multiple teams.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication with overseas teams.

Requirements include:

• Experience working with overseas teams using English.
• 3+ years of team lead or project lead experience with small to medium-sized teams (5-10 teams).
• 5+ years of Scrum development experience.
• Ability to manage the entire release cycle.
