Job Description

PlayStation Studios is seeking a Test Lead Support (Part-Time) to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. This role primarily involves assisting with testing operations for well-known studio titles, along with supporting various management tasks.Responsibilities include:

• Project management support
• Scope management assistance
• Schedule management aid
• Quality management support
• Communication management assistance
• Risk management support
• Stakeholder management assistance

Requirements:

• Operational expertise and proven track record in quality assurance and management methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of bug tracking systems such as JIRA
• Experience in debugging (required)
• At least 1 year of test lead experience

Desired Skills:

• Expertise in cross-cultural and interdepartmental collaboration, remote team interaction, and leadership
• Understanding and experience with PlayStation platforms and product types
• Organizational management skills
