PlayStation Studios is seeking a QA Test Support Staff member to join their team in Tokyo. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the QA team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient testing processes.   • Conducting basic test operation explanations and training for internal QA staff.
  • Assisting with tool and system access requests and settings for game testers.
  • Creating and revising documents related to test information, tools, and equipment settings.
  • Providing support in various tasks, including assisting other teams and managing accounts.
  • Performing temporary or short-term testing tasks within test project teams.
Requirements:
  • Testers with or without experience are welcome.
  • Individuals who enjoy communication and support, and who love games.
  • Experience using office software such as Excel and Word is a plus.
  • Ability to work for an extended period is highly desirable.
  • Students are not eligible.
