Sales Support Manager (gn)

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Sales Support Manager (gn) to join their Commercial Team, supporting the ESN & More Nutrition brands. The Sales Support Manager will manage the end-to-end order process for business partners, ensuring successful implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing and a passion for driving the brands forward.

Role involves:

• Managing end-to-end order processes for (inter)national B2B business partners.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders throughout the order and fulfillment process.
• Ensuring correct order entries in coordination with dispatchers.
• Managing proper invoicing and handling returns and complaints.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to the order and fulfillment process.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in forwarding, industrial, wholesale, or foreign trade.
• Several years of professional experience in order processing.
• Enthusiasm for the company's products and a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Office applications.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
