Otter POS is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team in Los Angeles. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for prospective mid-market restaurant chain customers with 15-50 locations. This involves prospecting, connecting with C-suite executives, and promoting Otter's product suite, including POS, order aggregation, kiosk, online ordering, and analytics.Role involves:
Managing the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
Prospecting and developing a pipeline of potential clients.
Conducting needs analysis and delivering solution-oriented presentations.
Managing sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce.
Leading contract negotiations and addressing prospect objections.
Ensuring smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
Maintaining and growing client relationships.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, managing full sales cycles.
2-3+ years of experience selling into the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and technology needs.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
