Job Description
Otter POS is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team in Los Angeles. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for prospective mid-market restaurant chain customers with 15-50 locations. This involves prospecting, connecting with C-suite executives, and promoting Otter's product suite, including POS, order aggregation, kiosk, online ordering, and analytics.Role involves:
  • Managing the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
  • Prospecting and developing a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Conducting needs analysis and delivering solution-oriented presentations.
  • Managing sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Leading contract negotiations and addressing prospect objections.
  • Ensuring smooth handover to onboarding and customer success teams.
  • Maintaining and growing client relationships.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, managing full sales cycles.
  • 2-3+ years of experience selling into the Restaurant or Hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and technology needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
