Job Description
Verkada is seeking a Sr. Channel Sales Manager to expand its reach by managing reseller partners. The role involves driving new business through the channel and executing strategic plans for growth in South Florida and the Caribbean. This is an individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking and collaboration across sales, marketing, and partner teams.

What this role involves:
  • Driving net new pipeline with reseller partners.
  • Executing regional channel strategy.
  • Training and enabling partner teams on Verkada’s product portfolio.
  • Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with partners.
  • Strengthening the channel ecosystem.
  • Leading regional events to build brand awareness.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
  • Experience building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
  • Strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Technical fluency and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must reside in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Tampa Bay Area, or Fort Meyers, FL.
  • Open to 50% travel across South FL and the Caribbean.
